SAILS ON LAVENDER BAY
CPM has worked with Sails since August 2020 following the COVID lockdown Sails has been operating in the Lavender Bay area as a fine-dining restaurant for many years, and had a pre-existing strong community clientele in the immediate local area.
The client had approached CPM with the aims of a better marketing strategy to reflect their quality and service and appeal to a broader audience than their usual clientele.
While the lockdowns were still fresh and all of hospitality was affected they wanted to branch out and bring people in from all areas and wanted an effective marketing strategy to build awareness to different areas.
It became CPM’s mission when working with Sails, to closely follow the tone, look and feel that the client wanted to portray for their business online.
It was critical that the beauty and elegance of the space were brought out and enhanced through our marketing campaign in an understated way so as not to alienate the current customers yet still be appealing.
One of CPM’s greatest priorities was focusing on targeted Instagram and Facebook Advertisements and the sendout of monthly newsletters including the promotion of upcoming events as well as pushing energy to acquire bookings on their weaker days of the week. Sails has been visited by a handful of Sydney’s top tier influencers, providing great exposure for our client.

Through a range of marketing tactics, we were able to bring to life the vibrance, beauty and elegance of the fine dining space and ambience through social media, which was previously lacking. It showcased an amazing product to a wider audience that may not have visited previously.
A great milestone since working with Sails, was the selling out of their New Years Eve event. CPM had assisted in the design of promotional materials including online social media advertising, and PDF design. The New Years event had great success, selling out the entire event at $840 per person.
CPM continues to work closely with Sails to achieve their client goals, and have established their visibility as one of the must visit venues in the fine-dining space.
