When CPM started working with XS Espresso, it was a small stand-alone cafe with a few seats in an industrial estate in Wetherill Park, servicing the local community.
Small as it was, it was run by a vision-driven owner with BIG ideas.
This is where CPM stepped in, worked closely with the owner and helped bring those ideas to life through an effective marketing strategy, and created a reputable name amongst food fans for XS Espresso.
CPM has helped XS on its journey and since its humble start, growing it into a phenomenon bringing people from all over Sydney to try their amazing creations. CPM has grown their Instagram following to over 40K, utilise their connections with publications such as The Daily Telegraph, The Sydney Weekender, Fairfield Advance, The Inner West Courier, and The Urban List to cover the café’s creations and reputable influencers from all over Sydney to its locations.
All this was done through targeted social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns coupled with traditional marketing strategies to drive awareness and traffic to the store. Once the first store had built a great reputation, it was expanded to also cover a second store then the growth started with many new stores and franchises opening up all over Sydney, with bigger and bigger concepts as well.
The strong marketing and digital presence helped the fast growth journey and CPM is proud to have been a part of the multi year journey of XS from its humble beginnings.
