Helping a Traditional Taiwanese Dessert Brand Grow Across Australia & New Zealand
MEET FRESH

When CPM Online Marketing first partnered with Meet Fresh Australia, the brand was at an exciting turning point.
While already loved within Asian communities, Meet Fresh had done very little structured marketing and was looking for a strategic partner to help them expand their reach, grow revenues, and support their transition into a franchise model across new territories.
At the time, they had ambitious plans to scale across Australia and New Zealand — but needed a strong, professional brand presence to support that growth and also to cement their local exposure as there was a lot of growing competition in the dessert space.
The Challenge
Meet Fresh faced several key challenges.
As a Taiwanese dessert brand, many of their products were unfamiliar to mainstream Australian audiences. There was a significant need not just for promotion, but for education — helping non-Chinese customers understand what the desserts were, how they were enjoyed, and why they were special. They had to bring their desserts to life as well as educate and win potential customers that weren’t familiar with their products.
They also had a constant pipeline of new product ideas and seasonal ranges that required exposure to the market. Without a cohesive marketing strategy, these launches struggled to reach their full potential.
Additionally, Meet Fresh experienced a traditional seasonal slowdown during the cold and wet winter months — a common challenge for dessert-focused businesses.

OUR SOLUTION
CPM worked closely with Meet Fresh to develop a strategy focused on growth, education, and brand positioning.
Building a Professional Brand Presence
We established a polished and consistent visual identity across their digital channels, helping position Meet Fresh as a premium, modern dessert destination.
They had great premium store fitouts, all different to each other so CPM had to bring those to life and feature them just as much as the product itself. Not just as a fast food or takeaway option but a dine-in experience to be enjoyed and savoured.
Educating a Broader Australian Audience
A key focus was creating content that explained products in an approachable way. Through storytelling, visuals, and short-form video, we helped introduce Taiwanese desserts to new customer segments and expand their appeal beyond traditional markets.
Supporting Expansion & Franchising Growth
As Meet Fresh began franchising and expanding into new regions, CPM supported their growth by increasing brand awareness nationally and helping create demand in new territories. Driving Year-Round Revenue Through strategic campaigns, targeted promotions, and consistent engagement, we helped reduce seasonal dips — particularly during winter — by keeping the brand visible and relevant year-round.
Long-Term Growth & Results
Since partnering with CPM, Meet Fresh has seen increased revenues across all stores, alongside a stronger, more professional brand presence.
The business has now grown to 15 stores across Australia and New Zealand, with continued expansion plans underway.
One of the standout successes was the launch of their Mini Cup range, which CPM supported through strategic campaigns and targeted advertising. The product quickly became a major hit, attracting new customers and continuing to grow as a key revenue segment.
How We Delivered Results
A key part of our success came from combining creative content with strategic marketing execution.
High-Quality Photography & Videography
We produced professional visuals that showcased the vibrant colours, textures, and freshness of Meet Fresh’s desserts, helping elevate their brand image.
Catchy, Engaging Reels
Short-form video content played a major role in capturing attention, driving reach, and helping educate new audiences about unfamiliar products.
Creative Artworks for Product Launches
We designed visually compelling campaign creatives that highlighted new ranges, limited-time specials, and seasonal offerings.
Strategic Location-Based Advertising
Highly targeted Meta ad campaigns were placed around store locations to drive local awareness and foot traffic.
Influencer & Blogger Awareness Campaigns
We collaborated with influencers and food bloggers to introduce Meet Fresh to new audiences, generating authentic buzz and expanding brand reach. Marketing efforts have also helped Meet Fresh successfully broaden its customer base, with more mainstream Australian and other Asian audiences becoming familiar with and excited about their unique desserts.
